Pain is Natures way of telling us that someting is wrong. Just think, if we never experienced pain, we'd never grow or learn.

Doing the right thing isn't always the easiest thing to do, but it's called the right thing for a reason.

Before we have to announce we did something wrong that will hurt others, we committed the actual act of something wrong. Confession is always the best policy. Even if we are not forgiven by others doesn't mean they don't deserve the truth. Yes we should tell what truths we have to tell---or perpetuate the wrong.
