How do you cook artichokes? I love artichokes, but I am clueless on how you cook them. Any advice?

make a stuffing...corn bread,onions,green onions,or you can cheat,get stove top and a bag of frozen seasoning mix,follow the instructions on the stove top stuffing,add the bag of seasoning(it usually has onions,greenpeppers and some other stuff,and put it on top each leaf,bake for 30-35 min on 375
