Dollar Tree can have some really great paper and embellishments. I was even lucky enough to find wood stamps and stamp pads.

Creative Memories is a direct seller of scrapbook materials...they aren't always the cheapest but the stuff you buy is guaranteed to protect your photos for a lifetime! The stuff that Michaels, Joann's and the superstores (walmart & target) are not always safe for your photos. If you are interested I can help you out...I am a consultant :). Send me a message and I will give you more info...

I am not a crafty person but I have heard that Michaels is really good as well as Walmart and AC Moore. Good Luck!

if you don't mind bidding, check out eBay.

Michaels and Joann's are great for sales. I would try Michael's first and then Joann's because Joann's is usually more expensive
