Unresolved Question
Is sabatoge the way to move up in a company? I am sure this is something that happens at several companies - but why? Do people feel threatened for their own jobs that they have to try and get someone else booted? Any feedback is appreciated.

This is going to happen at any company that you are at. It can be a large business or small business, especially with the aconomy the way it is right now. If people are in fear of losing their own jobs they feel if they push someone else out the door they will be safe. But if you are doing your job and doing it well, then you should have nothing to worry about.
