I am a teacher, and only have about 25 min for lunch. I often take low fat cheddar, low fat triscuits, an apple or pear, and some green tea.

Big salad, any fruit or veggie, peanut butter sandwich if you are not allergic to peanuts, If you like tuna or chicken salad, look in the tuna section of the store where they have little lunch kits. Yogurt, gelatin, rice with steamed veggies in it. Hope that helps some :o)

Today I had wasabi peas, dried mixed fruit, carrots and guacamole dip and granola, not all at once though,as a rule,I eat a little and if I am still hungry in 15 min I eat a bit more. I am trying to retrain my stomach from overeating I am about 50 lbs over weight (over the past 10 years).I have been on a roller coaster but have done better as a vegetarian.try making lunch a small meal, food is energy and if you skip it you will burn out.

Apple slices, cottage cheese, grapes, hummus and crackers, endamame stuff like that. I usually only have a "meal" at lunch time once a week and thats my splurge hehe
