If they want you to know they will tell you if you bug it out of them your more likely to make them mad. BUt what i do sometimes is bribe it works. I have tried it on this guy i like. trust me

If it's something they wouldn't normally just give out, you have to get them to volunteer the information. Sometimes this requires you to give some information about yourself first, whether is truth or lie.
